What do I get when I purchase the series?

The Everything Adventure Series (launching 4 Septembe!) contains 24 episodes, over 8 hours of content, and the Dirt Bike series contains 21 episodes, over 5 hours of content. You can stream them as often as you like. You can download them to the Say No To Slow app at no extra cost, so you can watch them wherever you like! You can also access them through your account on our website. They are not provided physically eg on a DVD or similar.

Is the Say No To Slow app Free?

Yes it is! The app is free to download, sign in and acces your Say No To Slow video purchases. You can download the videos to your app and watch them offline.

Can I download the videos?

Yes you can! This is a feature which we have introduced as part of the FREE Say No To Slow app. This is a game changer!

Do I need a subscription?

No you don't. It's really important to us that our customers can purchase the videos as a one time purchase and watch as often as they like without paying extra. If you don't want a subscription, just purchase either series to have in your Library.


I have the old adventure series, do I need the new one?

The new Everything Adventure series is a much bigger project. The original was 4 hours long, while the new one includes 7+ hours of all-new coaching across 15 episodes, with more detailed instructions and better footage, plus another 1–2 hours of extra content that wasn’t part of the first series at all. Chris’s coaching has evolved, and we wanted to capture the very best of what he can offer today.

At $69.99, we believe it offers excellent value for riders, but of course, you don’t have to purchase it if you prefer to stick with the original. Either way, we’re stoked to have you as part of the Say No To Slow family.

Are the Say No To Slow Series included in the subscription?

Yes! Say No To Slow Dirt Bike Series and Everything Adventure series are included in the annual subscription.

I've tried requesting a password reset but I don't get an email?

This is usualy due to an incorrectly entered email address, or user email settings. Please get in touch with us at info@saynotoslow.nz and we will reset your password for you.


If I choose to get a subscription, what do I get?

An annual subscription will give you access to all content on the site. You also get access to the community feature, live streams, Q&A's sessions with Chris, submit your videos for analysis as well as ask us any questions about your training, practice drills, technique, bike set up etc.  

I have previously purchased the series on an older platform, such as Vimeo, or on the older Say No To Slow website - how can I access them now?

Most of our customers will have been migrated over, and you should have received an email with instructions to log in and access on the new platform. All prior users from our earlier Vimeo platform must get in touch with us by 18 September 2025 for us to add you to our current platform at no cost. Get in touch with us at info@saynotoslow.nz and we can sort it out for you.


I've purchased the videos but can't access them?

Please check that you are logged in under the same email address that you used to purchase the series. Look under My Library, all of your purchases will be there. Sometimes people enter their email address incorrectly too (we have all done that at some point!) so just get in touch with us at info@saynotoslow.nz and we will help you get it sorted.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

What is the Refund Policy?

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please note the following:


  1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

  2. The request should include your order number and reason for the refund.

  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  4. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  5. Services or products already used or accessed may not be eligible for a full refund. If you have already viewed the episodes, you may not be eligible for a refund.
